I sent an item to them via the US Mail, I personally packed it in a box in bubble wrap, in front of the postal clerk, put in a note, handed it to clerk she taped it shut, charged me fee. said it will be there Monday, this was on Friday. I herd nothing from them all week that Sunday I sent an email asking status along with my tracking #, the next day I get a call from a very rude person saying that the item just got there the past Thursday not Monday as tracking said, and it was damaged and not packed in bubble wrap and no note. I said well you must have the wrong person, stating I watched box get sealed, they said no I was wrong and we will look at item and call with estimate. three days and still no word. I'm sorry can someone tell me what I did to piss them off. talked to post office they said Item was handed to an employee on Monday afternoon as tracking # states. Funny thing I worked for a company in the late 80s with a fleet of vehicles and set them up using rtgrim, and gave their name to people over the yrs when asked who did this kind of repair. forgot all about them till a few weeks ago when I needed them and what happened to them.
