Missouri Furniture is the best place to shop. I have been buying furniture from them for years. When I see the people wanting something for nothing it urks me to high heaven! I know that Missouri Furniture has treated me very well and that if it's a warrantable issue with the manufacturer, they'll take care of it.

DON'T BUY FROM MISSOURI FURNITURE!!!!! Previously we had good experiences with Missouri Furniture in Camdenton, Mo ,but those purchases involved wood furniture. Last Memorial Day 2010 we went to purchase two new twin mattresses for our cottage at the lake. We ended up with two different types of Simmon's Beautyrest mattresses with box springs. We stated firm mattresses were a must.. As we were paying for the purchase we discovered that all sales on mattresses were final even though they were brand new. I threw caution to the wind, because we had no problems in the past. The mattresses were supposed to arrive the following week. Then we got a call the mattresses would not be ready until around July 4th, we were not happy but made a special trip to receive the beds. As soon as they were delivered the mattresses did not feel like the ones in the showroom. I thought it was me and decided to give it time. The mattresses were only used approximately 20 days from the time they were received. This spring when we returned to the cabin, we found both beds were developing a large hole in the center and felt "mushy" not firm, even though no one had been using them. We called the store and spoke with our saleslady and described our problem, It was under a year and the beds were sinking ! She said the customer service rep would call us. And to be fair Jshe was not the problem. The customer service rep never called back despite repeated attempts to contact him. And after reading similar complaints about the Simmons Beautyrest beds sagging and the lack of response from the manufacturer we concluded that we are stuck for $1500 and we will have to buy new mattresses. and probably donate the beds. So we will never again shop at Missouri Furniture! DON'T SHOP AT MISSOURI FURNITURE!
