I recently moved to camden and have not had good experiences with this post office from the beginning. I had to come back 3 times ( in the same day) to get my mailbox keys since each time I was told to come back in an hour when someone would be there that could give me my keys. I also order packages on a regular basis. Twice in 3 weeks two separate packages were returned to sender with no explanation. When I followed up with the post office I was told they would look into it and call me back. After two more phone calls two days later no one still returned my calls. Both times I had to re order my items. I'm furious that no one is accountable for the returned packages nor did anyone bother to try to resolve this issue so it would not keep happening. Time to take it to the next level. Very poor service so far
At 8:37 am, Oct 17 I was at the Wyoming PO to mail a small package. The lady clerk was surly as I was probably asking 1 too many questions (I was the sole customer) about the cheapest to send it. I had to go to another Post Office to mail it as I we all know about waiters spitting on our food. I feel that clerk needs retraining on customer service.
Have to tell you what a rip off the Camden-Wyoming Post Office is. Mailed something and I told the clerk I wanted it there soon. She said how about 2 day air? Which was 6.45, I said sure. Well of course the package is NOT there and I was just told by Dave I did not pay to have it there in 2 days???? What a shame and a waste of money on my end.
