I have a few rentals in the area and I am located in NJ. It is often difficult to attend any emergency matters with my homes in DE. Richard is my go to guy and he always does an awesome job. I highly recommend his work, prices and expertise on any work around the home. I have hired many handymen in my career of owning rentals and he is HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!!

Richard showed up the same day I called him, and did so after hours in order to accommodate my work schedule. He did a good job at a good price, did not charge extra for having to come after 5:00pm, and was very personable. I will definitely hire him to do more work for me in the future.

Re-did my bathroom. Excellant work for a reasonable cost. Showed up everyday on-time or early. One of the nicest contractors that I've ever met.

Great work and really nice. Came out the same day I called to Install a ceiling mount that I couldn't complete. The instructions that came with the mount were really horrible, but they figured it out. I will definitely will call him again.

He was very good with his work and was there when he said he would be. He did what we wanted done and more. He stayed at the price that he said it would take to do the job. I would tell anyone who need work done to call him. I know that we would call him again in a heartbeat if we need something else done.
