it was great i had a chat with a manger or worker and had fun................but i had a great time
I went in to get a price on getting Gel Nail ( which I had already on ) with white ( gel tips ) and toes polished. The lady asked me what I needed and had me to walk over to let her see them ( because she was working ). She looked at my nails and asked me if I wanted white gel tips again and I said " yes ". She quoted me a price of $ 20.00 ( for nails ) $ 3.00 for cut down and $ 10.00 ( for toe polish ). Total $33.00 and told me to pick out my color for my toes and went to sit at a work station with another employee. She persisted to take off the gel polish with her tool and said something in her language to the worker who quoted my price of $33.00, then she told me it would cost me $ 48.00 not the $ 33.00 cause she didn't realize I had gel tips. Well she did cause she asked me and I said yes. After her quote she should NOT have changed it. I left without getting a service at all. I will NEVER go back there again. They shouldn't have removed polish on 1 finger then changed the price.
They aren't open on Sunday's. Thanks for my 30 minute drive.
I had talked to Evelyn at the hair salon and had reserved her for my wedding day to do my hair and make-up. We had a hair trial that turned out OK. I'm not picky, so it was fine (but nothing comparable to what another hair stylist did for my wedding day). She did take 3 hours to finally get my hair right though. But like I said, it was fine and I reserved her for the wedding day. We had discussed she would be coming to the hotel and when I asked her for prices she gave me a general range from $35-$55. I also told her my bridesmaids would like to get their hair done. The week of the wedding Evelyn texted me unsure of the plans for the wedding day. In addition she still couldn't give me a set price and once she finally did, it was too expensive for my bridesmaids. Once I told her she would only be doing my hair and make-up, she became very unprofessional and told me this is unacceptable because she would be losing money. She blamed me for not asking her what the total price would be because it wasn't her responsibility to tell me, it was my responsibility to ask. The best part was, she still couldn't give me a price the week of the wedding until she talked to somebody. She argued with me for a couple hours and showed absolutely no skills for customer service and continued to blame everything on me. In the end I decided not to go with her because she had been unorganized and not helpful in any way since I had began talking to her about my wedding day. I had to tell her the plans multiple times because she was unorganized and could not remember anything. It was very frustrating that a vendor caused such an unpleasant experience the week of my wedding and added unnecessary stress to the process.
