The staff is rude and like someone else said, they seem like they're agitated that you are even there.
I recently visited this nail salon due to a mishap at my regular salon. I was not satisfied at all! The guy who did my nails paid more attention to the television than he did my nails. It took him an hour just for an acrylic refill (without nail polish). When he finally got to the polish, he complained about the polish I had picked out, there was no one on duty to do nail art, and the customer service was horrible! I only visited because they were the only salon that was able to take me in immediately but now I see why! I will never go back!
My wife had a stroke 6 months ago. She uses a walker now but is slow getting around..we walked in and were stopped at the door and told they couldn't do her nails because she was disabled even though the store was totally empty...do no recommend them to anyone
The lady who did my nails just seemed agitated with me the entire time & didn't speak a single word of English. She first cut my toe & made it bleed. Then cut my cuticle & made it bleed as well! My nails were a MESS & started peeling 3 days later (I got gel nails). I'll never go back.
Its a hit or miss place. Yes its clean but some of the ladies there seem like your bothering them when they have to work on you. I won't be returning.
I've been coming here for over 1 year. It is clean, with every client getting sterilized instruments. Some of the women are better than others, so I try to make an appointment with my favorite. My biggest complaint is that some speak very little English and there is a lot of talking amongst them in Vietnamese. It's rude & I think they need to make an effort to learn English when living & working in the USA. The prices are reasonable, the facility is clean, and although you do not need an appointment, you can make one, minimizing any wait time.
