        I agree with the previous review. A few years ago, I took a watch
        for repair and it was 6 weeks before I got it back and it wasn't
        repaired. I wanted to give them a second chance so I took a
        new ring ( part of a set) in to be sized. First, I was told $25-$35.
        Then I was told a different person would have to look at it and would call me. Two days later, I called them. i was told the two
        tiny diamonds would have to be replaced and the prongs
        fixed and it would be $75! I said to forget it. When I went to
        pick it up, the woman said it was not a new ring and the prongs
        had already been replaced. Wrong! Another jeweler quoted
        me $40. Do not take jewelry to this business.

        Terribly disappointed! Took a watch in to have battery replaced. They didn't get it back for two weeks, never let me know they were sending it out. Upon first wearing, this water resistant watch was soaked and top piece came off. They told me that water resistant meant only rain sprinkling. This watch has been worn in the ocean and in pools and never had water in it for two years til I took it to Knights. I'll never go back. No wonder there's never anyone in there. Poor service is an understatement!
