First the good: The manager knows his customers. The staff is not pushy and friendly.The reason for this review: I went in to get my mother in law onto my account from AT&T. We were told, in the store, that a buy 1 get 1 free Samsung S8 promotion was in place. The manager, who was the one who was helping me, said that it would take several months before the promotion would take effect in the form of a credit. Fast forward several months later, in September; and I did not see any credits. I asked another Sprint store about this; and they said that I got the phone outside the promotion time frame. I wanted to give the Camby store the benefit of the doubt; and so went to talk with the manager. He put in a ticket to figure out what was going on. A week later, I checked on the ticket and he said it took about 2 weeks for turn around.A week after that, I went back in. He put it through the escalation process. He called the next business day saying that he had no word back. Several days later I went back to check on it. He still had no word. Today, about a month since I put this issue in, I have no resolution from the store. His response was that the escalation team is small and service this region (midwest - I assume).So I called Sprint directly. They told me that nothing could be done, because I got the phone outside of the promotion period. That leads me to several unsettling conclusions. 1. The manager does not know what promotions are in place when he sells plans. or 2. He lies to get people on Sprint. Then when an issue is placed, he is stalling, hoping we just go away. I found out the answer within about a 20 minute call. Why does it take a month for them? Or, even if they made a mistake, talk to me about it and we can work through it. Don't just leave a customer hanging.I will be leaving Sprint due to this store's actions and in-actions. Buyer beware.
Worse of worse customer service very rude & hateful went to open account a white n black male sitting at computers was was hateful when I told them details of me being approved from corp. was coming look at phones the black male was eatting cucombers n talking with female worker flirting n ignoring me. When I asked to pull up my account he graves other cucombers n took 10 mins pulling up account the white male told me that corp was lieing to me on deal they could give me n told me they told him they was going give him a draft for free (hom being sarcastic) left store called corp!
