Matt is TOTALLY unprofessional, rude (3 memberships there unfortunately), bathrooms ALWAYS reek of urine, allow people to hold up equipment on cellphones, don't walk around and make sure everything is going as should. Not worth the money at all. They've charged 3 payments we OWE ONE! Matt had the nerve to say it was from last year after I told him it can't be from March or April of this year. It's February!

Love the fitness group classes. Ras teaches an awesome boot camp and a excellent yoga class. I have felt a difference adding classes to my workout plan.
Highly unprofessional. They keep it dirty, too crowded, but that is not the worse. Staff is very rude and behaves unprofessional. Customer service is everything but service to the customer!!! They just want to take your money when you become a member and after that when you have a problem or concern you cannot find anybody who can help you. You cannot even leave a feedback for them, so people cannot learn how bad is their service. As the peron on the phone said: "Sorry, but our customers cannot leave feedback!" Of course, if they could who will go to your fitness!!!
