After reading previous reviews, I was very reluctant about using Urgent Care, Cambridge.I took a chance and went there last night at about 6:00pm. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I first talked to a receptionist. I was courteously greeted and given the usual forms to complete. Unlike other previous reviews, I did NOT experience any attitude or unprofessionalism. The staff was courteous and helpful. The facility was clean, and at that time, only a few patients were in the waiting room. Within minutes, I was greeted by a nurse, who took my vitals, and then by a physician’s assistant. Again, all very professional and attentive. At the end of my exam, I asked them to send my prescriptions to the nearby Walmart. That was done almost immediately.I would useUrgent Care, Cambridge again, without hesitation. I would also suggest going there during a slower time.
My husband went in for mouth pain. He thought it was his tooth, and he told them that. They didn't even bother looking in his mouth, they just took his word for it. He just returned from the hospital today; he possibly has Lyme Disease. I don't care what a patient tells you, you check them out. You don't just fill out a prescription without doing so. Completely incompetent.
steer clear of this place, they want cash, not insurance, will tell you it will cost twice as much out of pocket if they have to bill insurance, just to get you to pay cash, was miss diagnosed by dr Rass, that only seen me for 30 seconds, said i had celluitus, but was just plain adema, seen a different dr 3 days after, just waisted my time heresteer clear of this place
The female dr there is rude and doesn't seem like you are in her best interest she just wants to judge you and push you out the door while first making you feel stupid and like the symptoms are made up I would not recommend going there but rather go to a dr office or ER
Bone in my left shoulder is literally sticking up a quarter inch in comparison with my right shoulder and the male doctor said he couldn't find anything. Did some research and it matches exactly with an AC joint seperation. He spent maybe a total of 2 minutes talking to and looking at me. Great care duche bag. Shouldn't have to pay someone for incompetence.
I've taken my son here twice because his doctor's office was closed. I will NEVER go back though. Both times the wait was awful which is understandable with the number of patients there. We saw Dr. Rass the first time and NP Linda Swallie the second time. Both barely examined my son and were inpatient when asking questions. I felt rushed. It's disappointing when you wait all that time to be seen with a sick child then when you're finally seen they can't even spend five minutes with you. Both times they didn't even want to prescribe meds and I had to ask for them. Linda was literally walking out of the room while I was still trying to ask questions. Awful patient care and awful practitioners. We will take our business elsewhere.
NEVER AGAIN!Walked in this clinic. There were 2 receptionist, one helping patients and the other was talking on the phone about her weekend. Very unprofessional!! Then I was seated in a waiting room, awaiting the doctor. Suddenly in walks a physician assistant, who was somewhat rude, prescribed my prescription and what can I say but...oh well I will not be back. When I asked for the doctor, he was not their. I've made an appointment with another doctor in another town since it's been 12 days and I'm still sick. If this is healthcare I'm scared.
I differ with the two previous remarks. I don't know what happened with them, but I have been there once and my daughter and son-in-law go there. They have never told me they were treated bad and I was not.The lady who was the receptionist the day I was there was quite friendly and the doctor I saw was prompt, took care of my problem with the hives and they were gone the next morning. So there for I was happy with their service.
