Please visit the Beautiful Charles River White Geese in the last portion of their habitat not destroyed to them. This area is east of the BU Bridge on the Cambridge, MA, side of the Charles River. Over a period fo years, the state has destroyed almost all the ground vegetation between the BU Bridege and the BU Boathouse. Half the remaining goose habitate whjich is now a goose ghetto has been destroyed for construction, much needlessly. City and State refuse to provide remediation which could easily be accomplished by allowing the return of the Charles River White Geese to an unpoisoned, unblocked Magazine BEach, a few hundred feet west of the BU Bridge

General Info
The organization is named for the most beautiful and beloved of the victims, the gaggle of the Charles River White Geese. These free animals have lived for 30 years in a mile long habitat centered on the BU Bridge. Since 2004, Cambridge and the state have been deliverately starving them. Cruelty is notable in a number of bizarre projects and bizarre aspects of projects which would be otherwise commentable. The state brags of seeking Obama moneys for he destruction of hundreds of trees in this area, between Magazine Beach and the Longfellow Bridge. Poisons are being dumped on Magazine Beach to keep alive sickly grass introduced there in place of grass that survived for the better part of a century without poisons. Formerly, the primary feeding area of the Charles River White Geese, this area was formerly shared by animals and people. Magazine BEach is now walled off from the Charles River by bizarre introduced bushes which, in turn, are the only ground vegetation bordering the lower Charles River not chopped down twice a year. Contributions are welcome by PayPal, link on the blog, and are needed to communicate reality in a very destructive city and state which falsely claim environmental sainthood while proceeding with environmental destruction and heartless animal abuse. Friends of the White Geese is a non profit organization listed with the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Contributions are politically oriented and not tax exempt.
