Don't EVER go to the movies here

Unless you want to be treated very badly by the surly, ignorant and lazy staff, AVOID this dirty and depressing theater. The managers here do no respect their customers and refuse to refund your money if the reel breaks. Don't bother trying to complain to their corporate office because they will never call or email you back. I even left many messages for who I thought was head of customer service and it turns out he's head of the company and even he didn't call me back. WHAT A JOKE! Avoid this place. Its worth the gas and the extra money, trust me. I pray they go out of business and a decent company takes them over.

Buyer Beware!!!!!!

I pre-purchased Harry Potter Deathly Hallows Tickets for my son and guests (10 tickets) for his Birthday Celebration. When we arrived at the theatre for the movie, we were told they did not get they movie like they ""thought"" they would. We were forced to chose something else......VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!! Not what we paid for!

GREATPLACE

Many people hate this theratre becuase they catch a movie at the specific time when the film is out of place. Thepeople/workers try their hardest and at least it shows theshow.

""Danger""

I took my family to this movie theater and half way through the movie the movie stopped. We sat there for at least 1-2 mintutes. When I finally got up to go out to ckeck on what was going on i heard what appeared to be the main fire alarm....I ran back into the theater and got my boyfriend and kids and we left. What made me so angry about this situation is that none came into the theaterto tell to get out ,nor was there any alarms in the theater its self telling that the alarm was going off. Had there been a real fire something more serious could have happend.

Really crummy movie theater

I really feel I must say how crummy this movie theater is. For a first-run theater, their sound system is horrible. The temperature inside is too cold. And their on-site management showed absolutely no desire to listen or to help. Very disappointing and I will never go there again.

Service Terrible, Manager Told Me I Should Go Somewhere Else

I found this theater appealing at first because of location, but when I went to see a movie there it was a different story. I went to see a movie here on a Thursday night and there was so much commotion that I couldn't enjoy. When i complained to manager, she said i could go somewhere else.

Almost as good as public television!

The Atmosphere is AWESOME. It's just like being in your living room, only there are more seats (12 of them) between you and the TV. You don't have to worry about messing with the stereo settings cause the sounds sucks, but there's nothing you can do about it anyway. And even though the picture sucks too, you don't have to climb on the roof to mess with the antennae. However, you may want to bring your own refreshments from the fridge.

awful

I saw Minority Report at Loews Fresh Pond. This sound was completely grabled and kept dropping in and out. Also the image was fuzzy. Luckily there was a total of only 8 other people watching the film with me, so perhaps the word about this place has already gotten out...
