Cambridge Union Taxi

Tried to report an aggressive cab driver. UTS refused to identify the driver, by name or commercial license. They claim they didn't have that information. Why give business to a company that protects, aggressive, abusive drivers?

On a busy Saturday night when most dispatchers were not picking up their phones, Cambridge UTS not only answered and promised a cab within 10-15 minutes, they also remembered the destination requested from one call to the next. And, to top it all off, a cab came within the promised time. Remarkable. We'll call them first next time!
