If you get referred here, look somewhere else and save yourself time, money and frustration. I went in for a septoplasty consultation- highly disappointed. The staff failed to inform me of office policies and the MD seemed bored and distant. He simply didn't care to help me out, yet still made sure to take my money. The staff was supposed to follow up with me as to prices for the surgery (eventhough they took my insurance info 2 weeks prior and should have checked benefits then). It's been 2+ weeks and still, no call back regarding costs or just to follow up. Ive worked in healthcare for years, and this medical office is one of the worst I've been to.
