This company is a scam. Do not use them for any service. They came to do a minor repair on my (brand new) washer, left it majorly damaged with zero functionality--and on top of it--refused to acknowledge their mistake or to fix the washing machine THEY broke. They also have no customer service, indefinite automated email responses (until someone decided to finally tell me flat out that they were going to ignore me and not fix the damage they did), and no covered phone line--you can't even leave a message because it's laughable they'd return a call. I suspect they either didn't do the original repair and are charging manufacturers for the "parts" they claim to install, then reselling them (they have a huge part sale business) at 100% profit, or are completely incompetent and have no idea how to repair anything. Either way, avoid this company, don't be duped by them or let them do a "warranty repair". I've wasted time off work for them to repair my washer (they also rescheduled my original appointment for a week later...another week of a family of 5 with no clean clothes), and now even more time off for a technician to assess the damage they did, and now waiting for new parts for that repair. Avoid this company at all costs, you will literally have a more damaged item when they leave than when they get there--and you'll be out weeks of time waiting on a faulty repair job.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I own a company myself and have a lucrative partnership with a major big box retailer. I have a dishwasher that has not worked from day one, I had the technician come into my home says there is something wrong but he cannot find the issue...this company sends LG a statement that there was no issue and it has been resolved. I was astounded as even the technician agreed that there is a problem, he just cannot diagnose the problem. I spent $900.00 on this dishwasher and I haven't been able to use it for 3 months!! I call The Technology Doctor to find out whythey reported it inaccuratley with the LG Technician on the phone and the lady answered the phone rude, which just pissed me off even further, I explain that there was a mistake she says no there wasn't, I told her that I havent been able to use my dishwasher in 3 months, does that not sound like a problem, she says it's my problem and LG's, I ask her to call the technician and she refuses, saying that we are rude and she hangs up on us!!! What, WE are the customer!! If I treated any of my customers like that, our lucrative partnership would be pulled!!!I LG is NOT supplying a new dishwasher to us because they inaccurately reported the problem resolved to LG!! This company is a joke!! I have asked the powers at be at LG, to seriously reconsider their partnership with this company as their customer service standards are low and they are liars!! I would be more than happy to discuss this with a representative of this company, however, it better not be that rude customer service agent I spoke to earlier.
We apologize that you are displeased with your dishwasher. The Tech's notes in your file did indicate that he did not find a problem with your dishwasher at the time of service. After submitting your file of information and test results to the Engineers at LG...they too... concurred at that time that your dishwasher was working within proper specifications. If we find no issues..we must refer you back to your manufacturer who's responsibility it is to determine what the next steps should be. We hope that you are able to find resolution with the manufacturer.
OMG TV went out Christmas Day!! Merry Christmas to me but thank god I bought the extended warranty and the service is this company. I started calling him Monday morning after Christmas which would be the 28th of December 2009. To say the least I am frantic being a TV fanatic. I left a message on his phone and he called me right back!!! The warranty people said he had 48 hours to call me back so far I am extremely pleased. I went online and researched the symptoms of the problem and had already had the cable people out ruling the cable box out first then proceeded with calling my warranty service. For those of you that don't know they are open 24/7 including holidays so I could reach them on Christmas. This is the first time I ever bought the 3 year extended warranty and I am sure glad I did. Not only will they fix my tv and I will have someone as delightful as this man seems to be fixing it. So far it has been great communication but I will update this after repairs. He seems very knowledgeable so I am anticipating only the best outcome. Be aware of your warranty mine has a lemon section written in where they have to replace it if it is repaired so many times or is not fix worthy. I love my Sharp Aquos could never go back to a tube tv again. By the way the phone number the warranty service gave is wrong his correct phone number is (661)877-6146. The phone number beginning with 245 is old so he won't get the message. The 888 number is good though he called me right back on that one plus they had already sent him a work order for my tv. Still not fixed but still working on it hopefully this week or I see a new TV in my future.... Great guy easy to talk to very personable. Seems to have it all together. Hope that number helps anyone trying to reach him. Will update again after next parts arrive... Well this ended up being a little stressful... not only do I not have a TV still and it is 1-14.2010 I am now being told that they are sending me a Toshiba TV and I really don't have a choice about the matter... So everything Erik told me was incorrect I am so sick of messing with this and not having a TV I just want it to be over and I will start looking again for what I want. The only upside is I will go from 720P to 1080P with 240hz so hopefully it will work out... Just not happy all around...
We were very impressed with this business. Not only were we kept informed (Erik was snowed in), he told us exactly how much it would cost to repair our tv, and when it would be done. He also tolerated our ill mannered dogs. Thanks, Erik. We are happy campers!
