        Overall

        Receptionist staff is very unfriendly. No smiles, no greetings, you're lucky if you get eye contact.



        You wait for 2 hours even if you previously scheduled an appointment.



        No staff member is interested in patients asking questions such as, "Where do I reschedule appointments?" and they just point to somewhere else. Guess where you reschedule? Right back at the beginning behind tons of people in line and it is difficult to see which line to start in, no signs to help clear things up for you. No eye contact. The staff just acts like you're there to collect unemployment benefits or something. I think they forget that we're paying clients and will actively search for a different place to be seen.
