I just went to the store yesterday and purchased a new phone. I didn't have to wait even a little bit to be helped the moment I walked in the door. not only that the representative had all of the information and more to help me make the right choice even though I knew what I was going to get the before I walked in. I even had a chance to watch other people get help while I was there and their questions were answered just as quickly as my own. if you're looking for an AT&T store this is the one to go to.

This is by far the worst Verizon Store that we have ever visited. When we walked in to wait there was already a man arguing with the manager. It turns out I would have an argument with the manager before leaving the store. When it was my turn the clerk was so busy texting on his own private samsung that he barely listened to me and kept saying " you are not hearing what I am saying to you... " but I was listening ....he was not making any sense. I know that he was using his private phone because I asked him why he had 2 phones and he told me he had one for work and one for his private use. They wanted nothing to do with helping us and I think it was because I brought in my new iPhone (ordered from Verizon online but not bought at that store ) and needed help. Our phone had been sent under my daughters upgrade instead of mine and they told me it would take hours to fix and she might lose service and blah blah blah, all lies. Then they said they could swap it out but there would be a fee. I told them that it was Verizon's fault to begin with but the manager did not care in the least. She did not care about helping us at all. She was argumentative and rude and completely unhelpful. I was so upset by the time I left I will never go back there again. ..EVER. When I got home my husband called Verizon and they fixed the whole thing over the phone in 15 minutes. NOW I KNOW. Don't bother going in there for help unless you are buying something. That is the only time they want to see you. Also they don't swap your info or pictures over anymore even if you buy the phone there. That is what I was told. I would give them 0 stars if I could. P.U.
