This is quite possibly the rudest place I've ever been. Stood in showroom for and hour and couldn't get any help...employees were everywhere yet too busy socializing to do there job. This was a waste of our time and gas. Will be taking our business to shaw.
I purchased Karastan/Mohawk carpet 2 years ago. After one year it was coming apart, the tuffs coming up and the worst looking carpet I have ever had. I have made a claim with Mohawk a year and half ago and all they have done is give me the run around. They will not talk with me nor do they call me. They say they have to talk with the retailer which has nothing to do with my claim on this very bad bad carpet. I have other friends that have had the same carpet and it was horrible carpet and Karastan/ Mohawk would not stand behind their product. I do not have the money to purchase new carpet and I should not have too! They refuse to step up to the plate and pay me for this horrible carpet and the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. A lawsuit will have to be filed because they do not respond to any reports that I have sent them. I hired an inspector and he said the carpet is very very bad. I had Shaw carpet in my home for 13 years it never looked as bad as this carpet did in 1 year. This is a horrible company and urge anyone who wants this carpet not to buy any of it. Another friend of mine has bought 7 different carpets from Mohawk and all 7 were bad. Fortunately for her she has money to keep buying carpet and finding out how bad it is. A frustrated customer.
