DO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! IT'S VERY NASTY,RUDE WORKERS,MANAGEMENT IS NO HELP. MY HUSBAND BROKE HIS TWO FRONT TEETH ON A PEPPERCORN THEY HAD IN A SALAD AND THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I KNOW WORD OF MOUTH AND SOCIAL MEDIA WILL GO A LONG WAY,SO STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.
If you want to pay a lot more than its worth for what is dumped straight from a can then you will be happy. If your idea of 'home cooking ' is freshly prepared food save your money. Such a disappointment.
Delicious, creative sandwiches! Yummy pies! Friendly staff! Great place for a lunch date ;)
The folks are friendly and the place is spotless. This is my second time eating here and the quality is consistent. I ordered take out of the trio salad with ham salad and chicken salad with added onions and cukes. I write this because I intend to eat there again and hope it will help for C & J to have some constructive criticism. The ham salad was so bad, I scooped it off the salad and tossed it. It was made with thinly sliced ham, what tasted like cheap miracle whip and pickles. It's hard to mess up ham salad but C & J did a good job of it. The silverware that was sent with the salad was the absolute cheapest available. When you pay $10.65 for a salad, decent flatware would be nice. The flatware should at least be sturdy enough to fork the chicken salad and the lettuce. I topped my salad with the Greek feta dressing. Way too tangy and no enough feta. The greens were inaccessible as the ham and chicken salads along with the potatoes were piled on top. As it was a divided tray, it only made sense to me that the salads should have been in the little compartments and the condiments and bread in a separate container. The reason I will return and try C & J again is the chicken salad is fantastic and the staff is so friendly. Give them a try but stick with the chicken!
