Take out experience from HELL!! April 2nd, #2030 order # 103766 (Lg side of fried rice and a bowl of orange chicken.) It was horrible. FRIED RICE WAS SO UNDERCOOKED, IT WAS CRUNCHY. Tried to call, phone rang 20 times went straight to fax machine. After 5 attempts, got back in the car to return the food. When i explained about the rice, the teenage female cashier, Eden said to me, "that's weird, we only have one way of cooking it." I then asked fir the manager. He seemed perplexed and just stood there. When I asked if I could try a sample of the fresh rice they just made, (it was actually cooked,) he asked me what I wanted to replace the n9e old, cold nasty food. When I asked him for just small side order of the rice and a small orange chicken, he asked me to pay for them. After that, I then told him at this point, I just want a refund and said "it will come out about the same price." I handed him back the cold hard food and asked for a refund and that I would just take my business elsewhere.... I will never eat there again, horrible experience all the way around. The food, customer service, and phone issues made it clear, Panda Express has some major issues and just doesn't care one iota... C. Waters
I went there at 950p to get a blizzard and was told they're closed. That is some false advertisement saying there open till 1030p. If their not open till then, then they need to fix their times.
Worst customer service experience in my life. Spent $40 and waited 20 minutes. When the shift supervisor Logan finally gave me my food, I pointed out that I had waited 20 minutes. He did not give empathy, acknowledgement, or offer an apology. He said that my chicken fries took a long time to come up. After I told him that wasn't my problem, he walked away from me and said that I was rude. I than asked for a drink carrier and zesty sauce and he literally was throwing it in the bag. When I pointed out that what he was doing was being captured on the security camera he stopped. I than asked for the name of the owner and a phone number which he refused to provide. He told me I would have to wait until the other customers were being taken care of. They had a least 10 people working and I'm pretty sure someone else could have bagged food while he went and got the number. I intend on contacting the owner. I will never go to Burger King in the treasure valley area again and I will make sure that anytime someone brings up Burger King I will let them know what a horrible experience I had. PS they also didn't get my order right
Attended a birthday party for my niece here and Michawent above and beyond super friendly and more than helpful!
Ate here with my parents earlier. Overall, we thought this place is a great restaurant. I must say the food was extremely good.
