PLEASE reconsider before you engage in business with RE/MAX in Cabot AR/ specifically Bill O'Brien who is at best absent. Poor communication about your home, no updates throughout tenancy. did not enforce a excellent cleaning of home when tenants departed. did not update home owner about roof damage from a storm. did not ensure tenants paid last of utility bills. completely horrible to deal with.

Absolutely - This was the worst experience I had ever had with not just a realtor, but a person. Very unprofessional, very rude and is very greedy. We will never do business or buy anything with her name on it.

We hired Linda O'brien as our realtor after our home had sat on the stagnant Arkansas market for a year. We'd read all the glowing reports that she was some kind of awesome realtor. Bottom-line, after doors being left unlocked, lack of communication, having to beg for updates and chasing her down we finally had an offer. While it still cost us a small fortune to move our house we were finally done. After the sale, an issue arose and when we discussed it with her she immediately got defensive and actually defended the buyers of our property as opposed to actually defending our interests! All this after cashing her check of nearly $6,000!

Guess it's just something with that small town of Cabot but I thank God daily that I'll never re-visit the state of Arkansas again.
