We were rudely turned away when we visited this man's office for an insurance quote for one vehicle. Instead of answering our direct questions regarding what else we need to qualify and why, he tried to maximize his commission. He kept trying to get us to include other household members in a "multi-line" policy to supposedly save us money, but it seemed like he was just trying to sell them car insurance through us! When we said we were only interested in Insuring one vehicle, he recommended we visit his competitors instead. He claimed he was trying to save us money, but the other agencies were almost twice as much! But at the end of the day, I would rather pay more elsewhere than do business with rude salesman.
