They can't get the to go orders done correctly. Burgers are botched. It's a shame they can't listen to simple orders and get them right.
We've recently moved to Cabot and I've always been a fan of subway. Until now.Three weeks ago my husband went there for lunch break. He used the "drive thru". His meal just a little over 11$ however when he got to the window his order jumped up a convenient $5.He waited roughly 15 minutes for his food. (No other customers in the store/parking lot) he asked for a receipt, I'll be darned if they hadn't just run out of printer paper. Afraid of getting my husband to work late I didn't drag it out. Later my husband told me that he had a cold ham sub for lunch. ... he ordered a steak and cheese. Dbl meat. :/Which brings me to tonight, im pregnant. I wanted a fresh subway sandwich. They only had plain bread and oregano. Whaaaa? No 9 grain??My husband brings me home a sandwich that was squished to death! overflowed with mayonnaise was layered with wilted spinach and super soggy tomatoes. No way them puppies were in any way fresh. The sandwich was an inedible mess. Wtf happened?! I live less than a mile from you guys, why does my sandwich look like it barely made it out of WW2?Ive been in the restaurant business for 15 years, including working for subway at one point. We were known as sandwich artists. Your staff is pathetic, your food is old and I am ashamed for yoy guys. #mylastvisit
They gave me a salary that shout have been thrown away a week ago. The guy working clearly didn't care about his job. It was noted as soon as he started taking our order. Never will I go there again. Nor any other Arby's.
I have had so much trouble with this mcdonalds they have messed up my food on several occasions and now they are not honoring fixing my orders when I called that day and they said they would fix it that Is pretty messed up.
I have a love hate relationship with this Taco Bell. When the big shot store or general managers are in the store, they slow everything down by breathing down everyone's neck, and then they bring the portion size down so low that you might as well ask, "you want some filling with that tortilla?". But, when this is not the case, they are generous with the portion size, (but not too much) and they get it done fast. On either occasion, they have friendly employees, (except for one manager, but that's a different story all together) that great you with a smile every time, and give the customers what they want quickly and efficiently.
The store operations online said daily 24 hours. They are not 24 hours
Dixie Cafe has consistently good food and good service. Lots of options, even my vegetarian family members can find things they enjoy.
