        Overall

        Do not show up for scheduled appointments. Lie about reasons. Do not show up for re-scheduled appointments. Lie again. If lie about this, I do not trust their "warrantee." Internet search reveals many cases where other consumers were lied to and received no benefits of the warrantees they paid for.
