Dave purchased a parcel of land from us signing the buy/sell agreement that only a single family home would be built on the property. Now a year later it has been graded for a parking lot. About 3 days after he bought the land from us he quick claim deeded it to a lawyer whose firm represented Bradford White and this firm also has one of it's lawyers sitting on the board of Bradford White. Then on May 1st of 2017 "they" quick claimed the deed to the village of Middleville, who by the 5th of May had the trees down and land graded. I do not believe he was honest with us, the sellers as to what his real intentions were, buying the land for BW not to build a single family home as what was written in the agreement.
