Wonderful company. In an age where customer service is lacking, these folks go Out of their Way to communicate arrival times and payment criteria. Will definitely use them again for an Evergreen removal and other tree trimming issues. ����

Old school, hard working, expert tree removal services at a very fair price. HA Irish crew lead by Robert Irish removed 5 substantial trees from my property today; I was concerned about surrounding trees and landscape before the job started, but recognized at the end of the day that Robert and crew are experts who get the job done cleanly. I could not tell the crew had even visited my yard but for the disappearance of the 5 targeted trees. Impressive job. Thank you. Jeff West

We used these guys for our tree work -- at least 4 different times. H.A. Irish was our "go-to" tree service. We live in the woods, and there is always tree work to do. We are the ideal repeat customer. H.A. Irish was reasonably priced, did the tree removals, trimming, grinding, etc. promptly and quickly. Because of this, we did not seek quotes from any other companies -- we were THAT satisfied.



But something happened to the business in the last two years: They now do not return phone calls (at all), they stood us up (twice!) when we finally managed to arrange appointments to have them come out to give us a quote on tree work. We've tried for two years now to have them come out, do work, do estimates-- NOTHING! Tried one last time about 2 weeks ago. Receptionist answered the phone and said someone would get back to me today or tomorrow. Well... I'm still waiting.



I don't know what happened to this company - but maybe there is new ownership, or new management. STAY AWAY from this company now. You will just be wasting your time. Give your business to someone who cares. We are now looking for another "go-to" tree service, and that company will (hopefully) be the one we stick with for many years to come.

Very Satisfied! I had seven precariously situated trees removed – very large, overhanging my home and the homes of my neighbors. My experience with the owner and every member of the crew could not have been any better. In every respect, they accomplished the job with the highest level of expertise and professionalism. My wife and I could not have been more satisfied, from the first cut to the cleanup, as well as the cost. I highly recommend H. A. Irish.

Not only did these guys jump at every opportunity to take a smoke break and leave cigarette butts in my yard, but they decimated some of my plants. I would have been more than willing to move the plants to keep them from being killed, but they tramped all over them with their boots and heavy equipment as if they didn't even see them. I do understand that some collateral damage is inevitable when removing trees, but it's actually quite easy just to step around plants if you're paying attention. Shouldn't they be trained to work around existing landscaping?



The trees they were supposed to remove are gone, so I guess that's a plus.

Harvey Irish took down two 70ft maples that were 2 and 10 foot from my house. They did a great job and the clean up was very nice. The guys were great and you could tell how skilled they are because they didnt have much room to work. They also put down wood so there trucks didn't leave ruts in my yard. I would highly recommend them to anyone! The price was also by far the best!

These men showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would and then some. They removed a 200 year old Oak, a 12 year old Ash and trimmed a 25 year old Elm. Everyone was polite and courteous. They paid attention to details and the clean up was immaculate. The yards, decks, vegetation and roofs were completely cleaned. No ruts or other tire tracks in the yards. Price was very reasonable. I would recomend them to anyone.

I just had two large pines removed. The crew had both trees down, chipped, stump removal and clean up in less than an hour. $200 dollars less than their compition. The neighbor had his stump removed by the other company and they left a huge pile of wood chips and dirt in the yard.

HA Irish was contracted to remove 3 trees, the stumps and the roots from our house. The trees were cut down and some of the stumps ground down. After filling the holes with the sawdust one could not see that there were large roots left in the ground. Our landscape person contacted Shelly (the tree cutter) to explain the problem. After numerous calls from us and our landscaper we never got a reply. Of course we had paid them already.

It seems they don't care about return business since they don't even bother to make a simple return phone call.

Needless to say I would not recommend them for the above reason. Courtesy extended to a costumer is still priority

on MY list. !!

Several years ago I had HA Irish trim some trees for me. It was off season, so they offered a reduced rate.

They did a nice job but when it came time to pay my bill they charged my credit card twice. I called them and told them what happened. They said no problem, we will credit your account. I waited for my statement to come and NO CREDIT. I called again, they apologized and said they would process the credit, IT DID NOT HAPPEN. This went on for almost a year. They NEVER refunded my money. Be very careful with your debit/credit card with them. They just might STEAL from you like they did with me.
