MEA Ambulatory Care Byram Clinic

Totally incompetent front office; First visit--Thursday 3hrs for an X-ray;follow up Mon 1.5 Hrs. The best is that I needed an MRI. Virtually begged to get that setup. Called back to nurse to setup Othopedic Dr appt-took week to setup after constantly calling; told several times by Ann that she would call me back; she never did, I had to call every time. Scheduled Othopedic appointment and never forwarded MRI FOR VISIT. Assessment by Dr based on his in house X-Rays. 1300 MRI was not utilized at time of visit--Othopedic Dr's nurse asked me if I brought the MRI with me. I do not recommend this operation--not sure how they stay up and running with this level of incompetence. Don't waste your money--GO TO BAPTIST!

If you're truly sick, don't waste your time going here. I went a few weeks ago due to having a high fever and flu like symptoms. I told the nurse at the front desk (who is always rude) that I had flu like symptoms. What did they do? Gave me a face mask and told me to have a seat. My husband and I waited almost 2 hours before they called me back. Once they called me back, the nurse came and took my vitals and then asked for my allergies. I told her plain as day what I was allergic to. (I am super allergic to sulfur drugs) well they did a flu test, strep test, and blood work all to tell me they didn't know what was going on. So the dr gave me some antibiotics and pain medicine. Come to find out, he had carelessly given me a sulfur based antibiotic and I had a terrible allergic reaction. DONT EVER USE MEA IN BYRAM!!!!! Go to Baptist Medical Clinic across the street if you can. They're so much more kind and QUICKER than MEA!!!

Thank you so much for having the wrong Business Hours posted! After getting my sick Daughter up the on a late Saturday evening, I found out you're CLOSED on Saturdays. UNLIKE, what you have posted on this site! We had to go to Clinton. Very upset!!!
