I made my reservation 4 days in advance. I had to call to get directions because the directions on Google maps is wrong. Once I arrived, even though I was a few minutes late, the car wasn't ready. I waited an HOUR AND A HALF for my 2105 Chevy Cruze. They had to wash it, clean it, take it to get an oil change. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE PRIOR TO PICKUP! I think they went to lunch in the car. And lollygagged around.I wasn't offered ANY type of discount or another vehicle. This woman walked in off the street, paid on the spot with a debit card and got a 2016 HYUNDAI Santa Fe. In my opinion, they should have offered this to me, at the same price as the vehicle I was getting, due to my wait.I have photographed and documented the errors I have found with my rental. The tires were mismatched, new on the left, old on the right. causing it to pull to the left. Below is a photo of the pressures in the tires.
Made a reservation to pick a car up friday at 5:30 got there the guy gave us a red dodge suv he said the onlything we needed was a bill so he told us to run home and get one so we did and came right back and the store was closed .there was a lady still in the store who was in the store when we left she pulled the blind back and said we close i replied he sent us to get a bill she said come back tomar.i reserve my car cause i was leaving that night i lost my money on my rooms cause i had no car .My thing is were was customer service and why would you send us home if you was closing .If the store was close why was a guy not and employee still in there .Companies need to send employees to a customer service class so they can understand customers make your business its call customer mania .hopefully they get it soon .Mrs Funchess
Great Service!! The car was ready when I arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful. The car was clean. I have rented from Enterprise before at a different location and the service was less than impressive. This rental experience was great!
