Please do not ever engage this organization to provide hospice care for your loved one. They do not carry through with promises for care. They do not ever provide physicians services, and management does not EVER accept responsibility for mismanagement. My father was very ill, and the Assisted Living called them requesting a nurse. The Butler office, headed by Jane, sent an aid. Then she said that they would send an xray machine that night for my Dad to verify or negate the presence of pneumonia. I called the next morning, and by 2:00 pm, still no xray machine. I sent my Dad to the nearest ER (something I was told I would never have to do while he was in hospice because they could care for him--all lies). By this time, he was basically unresponsive. As it turned out, he did indeed have pneumonia. He never did recover. He passed away after a month of hospitalization, nursing home care, and eventually the care of a real hospice organization. Don't buy into their placating niceties. They only care about the bottom line. Your loved one is just a dollar sign--nothing more.
I called after seeing this site now and was told this is a residential # , you have the wrong # , and hung up promptly!!!
We made a reservation for a car 3 weeks in advance and when it came time to pick up the car they said they didn't have any and they gave us a minivan which we found out only got twenty four miles to the gallon. We were taking a trip out of state and then had almost a hundred and forty thousand miles on it. While we're out of state the van broke down and the guy had to drive all the way to SC. And we spent an outrages amount on gas because it was a gas hog and we didn't plan on spending that much for gas.
Julie is great. you can tell she really cares about the animals. I love the fact that she only does 1 dog at a time and they are done within an hour. You drop your pet off at the appointment time and pick them up an hour later! I love the fact that your pet is not in a cage for hours and they are always done on time.
