I had for many years always purchased my vehicles at Baglier Buick. It was a wonderful experience dealing with Baglier as it was like family. For many years Dan, who sadly passed away a few years ago, was one of the warmest human beings I have ever met in my lifetime and such a pleasure to do business with as well. So rare in a car buying experience or for that matter any other business dealing these days. I have to admit that I lost respect for American made cars back in the late 1990's with the quality that was being produced back then and I had been fed up with having to replace brakes every 10,000 miles. My father had worked for many years at Fisher Body and back then GM was producing cars that were cars of the year in every category. I have noticed that the quality seems to be returning back to the Buick line and I had to go back to find out. I have to say that it was like returning home going into Baglier Buick. Dennis is still the owner and as usual he is surrounded by amazing people that will treat you like family and not like a fast talking car salesman. Derek Gallo knew Dan very well and he also has his caring and genuine personality. Any one looking to purchase a new or used car would be so fortunate to deal with him. A true asset to the dealership is Ashley Binus. She is someone who does it all. Professional, warm, sincere and genuinely caring, She led me to come in for a test drive. She had everything so arranged and perfect upon my arrival at the dealership and with the assistance and support from Derek it made for the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. Ashley is one very unique and special person that would make any one so welcome and taken care of. I can not find enough words to describe how wonderful this experience was. Baglier Buick by far is not like every other dealership around the Pittsburgh area and it is truly a warm, caring and genuine experience for any one and so well worth the drive a little farther outside the city.
My whole car buying experience with this gentleman was amazing. He changed my outlook on the whole car buying process with his knowledge & expertise. He was able to make me feel comfortable about my purchase & he took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with my 2016 Chevy Equinox, not to mention he was extremely charming & well mannered. Judd has already followed up with me to make sure all my questions are answered.
Honda North is by far the best dealership to go buy a vehicle at. They have the cheapest prices. they are a family owned company that treats customers like family. I worked there a few years back and I'll say I really miss the place. I miss the fun times.
*> If you value ur $ & credit report, Please Do Not go to Diehl Auto, take the time & go else where! I know we bought (3) New Vehicles (2014's) last year-understanding salesmen (woman) r just that!**But DIehl TAKES IT TO A NEW LEVEL + had repairs done, had to take it back (4) times!
Kelly's treats you right from Sales to Service. Lisa is the best when it comes to helping you get into the next car you want. The guys in service are professional and courteous. They are quick to help you address any concerns or questions you may have.
The Collision Service Department was Unbelievably!!!! Unprofessional!!!!! Sherry was her name. She looked liked she just rolled out of bed. It looked like her hair was not even attended to and clothing wasn't washed. When questioning her about why the vehicle was in there for a month. She proceeded to blame it on State Farm Insurance Company.Got defensive started to verbally attack me by saying..."you think you know everything!!! and making a statement that "I have real Issues!" Needless to say she shouldn't be dealing with customers if she presents herself to customers in such a unprofessional manor and verbally attacks them!
Very Upset: We bought a 2012 GMC Sierra at Baglier was very pleased. We traded for 2014 Seirra. We told the salesman we wanted truck for truck nothing less or even upgrade if need be. He said he had what we wanted. He never looked at the options on iur 2012. When we got home we didnt get the built in brake controller and was told if we wanted chrome strips on the dorrs it would be installed. Then the difference between undercoat and rustproofing was not explained cost us more money. We found out yesterday there is insurance available on our loan which the dealership never told us. Will never deal there again or recommend them.
Originally went to Kelly's to buy a car for my husband. While we were there I saw one that I liked too. We bought my husbands car that night with zero hassle and I bought mine a couple days later. Judd Covert was our sales rep and was great to work with! Straight forward, smooth transaction. Don't know what more we could have asked for. Time will tell how the cars hold up, but our buying experience was excellent. Thanks, Judd!
Never go to Kelly Chevrolet. First, my mom bought a van. They pressured her into buying the extended warranty. When she totaled the car 9 days later (They didn't bother to tell her the proper way to use anti-lock brakes). They refused to give the extended warranty $ back. As for me, I forced them to buy back the car I bought. The cruise control didn't work right. I tried to use lemon law rules but when I went to a third and required dealership for confirmation that the Cruise control was bad they refused to look at the car-which is against the law. That was a Kelly service person at a Kelly dealershipn that refused. Through the BBB, Kelly was forced to buy back the car.
