I can't address whether they are good at plumbing or not because when I called them and described the problem I was having, they refused to come. This actually may have been a good thing because if replacing a drain pipe is beyond their capability, I wouldn't want them to start, then get in over their heads.

Our staff really wishes they could be everything to everyone who calls, and do everything for everyone who asks. But sometimes, a fully booked schedule or an unusual situation we don't normally handle should not result in such a negative comment. At least we were honest with the caller.
I had a Radon Mitigation System installed. I was told by salesman he was certified and so was installer. That was a lie. Only the owner was and he never stepped foot in my house. Job was not done correctly, exposing my family to cancer causing radon.

It's so very hard to respond when the facts are so very distorted. The original work done "passed the test". Then the owner remodeled his basement, creating a new circumstance. And of course, wanted us to return and re-work everything for free. We will always disagree on the course of action that should have taken place.
