Too bad there is not a choice for zero stars, because that is what I would give this place. Not only did they give me terrible service, they also broke a cable in my iphone 6 while putting a new screen on it. I paid $150 for the screen and even bought a new phone case. Once I prepaid for the services, Brad Swift broke my phone, then proceeded to try to be sneaky as to what exactly was going on. He would not give us any information, and kept saying "I don't know" to any question we would ask as to what was going to be done to resolve the issue. He would not give us any money back so we had to deal with customer service who would not answer the phone although their recording said they were open. The manager Megan Hankey also did nothing to address the situation, as a matter of fact she never once responded to the several messages we left her. Finally, we got in touch with the owner Ethan who also refused to help when he found out we had to take the phone to someone else to repair. (59 dollars more we had to pay out of our own pocket.) This is such a joke that they call themselves a business. It's more like robbery. Please do not give them your business or you are taking a chance of your money being taken and your phone being broken, especially if Brad Swift (no relation to Taylor-he's quick to point out) is your technician.
