        Meineke Car Care Center on 600 Southcross Drive W Burnsville, MN 55306-7901 is the best auto shops I have visited in this country. The personnel are knowledgeable, down to earth friendly, courteous and professional. I called and spoke with Brian on January 28th 2014 about the battery in my 2006 Ford escape not charging, he took his time to explain all the possibilities that could be the cause(s) of the battery not charging and the various remedy options.



        He scheduled an appointment for me the next day and offered to give me a ride home when I drop off the truck. I had my 20 month old daughter with me when I dropped off the truck and I was astonished about the friendly manner the boss BJ assisted me in transferring my daughter’s car seat from my truck into his and helped me to secure her in the seat. I was updated periodically throughout the job and they even offered to drop off my truck after it was fixed. Their prices are unbeatable with various warranty options.



        Good heavens, I am in love the Meineke in Burnsville for their knowledge, friendliness, professionalism, courteous and I will recommend them rain or sunshine. Five (5) + stars for you, BJ and the entire crew. God bless you.
