I had an excellent experience with Tara the piercing artist. She was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. She made my intimate pricing a very comfortable experience. The facility is very clean. All instruments used were sanity and opened in front of me. I was given after care instructions and contact information in the event I have questions or concerns. The gal at the front desk was extremely helpful and sweet. I would recommend Tara as a very experienced piercer if your considering having something done.

When I was going to get my first tattoo, I went to 3 other stores nearby and NONE of them had such great customer service as Aloha Monkey did!!
I love my tattoo! I healed very well and the artists were all very professional and sanitary. They redid a horrible tattoo my dad had gotten years ago from another store and it looks brand new! They do amazing work here! I love all the artists- they are fun, great to talk to, and are genuinely interested in ensuring you get what you want.
The prices can be a little much BUT you get amazing work for what you pay for.
These people know what they are doing!!! I trust no other store but this one! I love the artists and I love all their work!! I'm planning on going back for my next few tattoos :)

Josh Arment recently tattooed me and it's the best work I've ever had done. He did a great back piece for me and I couldn't love it more! People constantly stop me on the street and ask me about it. If you're going anywhere else to get your ink done you're going to the wrong place! All the guys are amazing and Josh is incredible! Don't go anywhere else!

I had my first tattoo done at the Aloha Monkey more than 10 years ago. I happened upon it by dumb luck and had no idea about the history of the shop or then owner Mike ?Rollo Banks? Malone. Rollo and the shop have a legacy that extends back to Norman ?Sailor Jerry? Collins in Honolulu. Josh Arment is now the HMIC (head monkey in charge) and has been tattooing me for about 5 years.
Josh has done great tattoos (2 ? sleeves and a full back piece in progress). I?ve had tattoos at other shops and artists in various places throughout the US but none have been near as good as what I?ve had at the Monkey. Today, despite living on the East Coast, I travel back to Minnesota a few times per year to have Josh Arment do my tattoos.
Josh runs a tight ship and has a quality crew capable of doing just about what ever kind of tattoo you want? except a bad one. The entire staff has always been extremely respectful and professional and today I count them as friends. If you want a real tattoo, I highly recommend this shop.

OMG- I HIGHLY recommend getting your tat at ""Aloha Monkey"". The staff is so very friendly. I was so relaxed I felt at home!! Never having a tat I shopped around and hear lot of negative comments about this shop but checked it out anyway along with a few other places. These guys are very professional , clean, and helpful and reasonably priced. I can't say enough about them! Thanks Rob for the fabulous job you did on my tats!! Tara your so funny and friendly. You and Bubbles really help me feel comfortable. I will recommend this shop to everyone. I love you guys!!!!
What a great group of people to work with. The shop is super clean and the people were very friendly. A real positive, upbeat place. The group of people who work there seem to have a good relationship because you could feel it in the atmosphere. My tattoo was awesome. It is the second one I've gotten and both have been at the Aloha Monkey.
