I go to Pro Nails every two weeks and I love it. I do gel manicures, pedicures, and full sets. The place is super cute!

It is possible Jenny is good here, but my experience wasn't with her. Very unfriendly place, said they do kids' nails, was awful with my child (she was scared), and told me to come without my daughter next time. There won't be a next time.
I liked that my tech listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions for shape and color based off of that. She definitely followed my exact specifications, so my nails would turn out great! Overall, the ladies here have a great work ethic! I'll definitely be coming back!
My friends and I had a great experience here. The salon is nicely set up, the staff was friendly, our manicures and pedicures looked good and lasted well. Above and beyond!
This is my favorite nail salon! Today was my first visit but my experience began with the ease of telephoning for prices, hours, etc. Mimi did my mani/pedi and Scott worked with my friend. Great personalities and clean facility.
Best place to go!!! This place deserves a six star ranking! I have been coming here for a couple of years since the new owners have taken over. They have turned a failed business into a very profitable business. How is that possible? Word of mouth. They have a facebook page of over 200 likes. The regular customers that go there are given their own manicuring kit(buffer and files in a box). They are stored on a shelf, and from the looks of it, they must have over a 1,000 regulars. I don't know of any nail salon south of the river that offers you your own file and buffer. They also use disposable files, buffer and pumice blocks for pedicures. I was told this prevents the spread of toe fungus and planters warts. A++++
Don't go here!! Got a full set of pink and white nails and they looked horrible!! On my first visit I had called to make an appointment and asked how much a full set of pink and white nails were they said $40 so I printed a coupon I found on-line for $5 off. After I sat there for an hour being asked if I wanted a pedicure 4 times and saying "no thank you" four times and asked twice if I wanted an eyebrow wax and refusing and another asian woman standing over me talking another language to the lady doing my nails for 45 mins I went to pay her and gave her my coupon and she proceeded to say "oh, when you called and I spoke on the phone to you I told you $40 but that was giving you a discount of the $5 already. They didn't have prices posted so I didn't want to make a scene so I just went ahead and gave her $45 and told her to keep it. Fast forward four days to today and my thumb nail fell off at work after just barely bumping it. After work I went in for her to redo it and told her I wasn't happy with the way they looked anyways and that I would just have her put nail polish over the nails after redoing the thumb. She proceeded to put on a tip and then put clear acrylic powder on the nail and I said why are you putting white acrylic powder instead of the pink powder the rest of them have, when I go for a fill they will be different colors. Oh... no worry when you come back for a fill I'll file it all off anyways, I was a bit annoyed at this point knowing somebody else will have to deal with it for a fill because there's no way I'd go back there but I'm not very confrontational so I let it go. The whole time she's doing my nail she's blaming me for it falling off... "oh your nails were too thin" "next time I can do it better because your nails will grow" mind you I have had my nails done for 12+ years and have NEVER had one just fall off after having a full set done so I am not stupid or naïve knowing that when done right they'll stay on for a good month. To top it all off at the end she says "ok that'll be $15... what??" "Oh, I did the repair for free but you have to pay for the paint" Oh how nice of you, you repaired your original crappy job with a cheaper acrylic powder that doesn't even match the other nails for free and now I am paying you money that if they were done right 4 days ago I wouldn't have had to spend or have to take time after work to come in here to have you redo the crappy nails you did that I have paid for once already. Even the paint job looks crappy, There is paint on the backside of the nails and one looks like it is dripping down. Lesson learned... instead of trying to save $5 with the coupon I printed that they never even took I ended up spending $25 more then I normally do on crappy nails that will probably fall off in another couple of days and I'll have to get another full set next time I go in because I won't want to fill in these ones!! How sad!! Super annoyed right now as you can probably tell. Not only did they loose a possible loyal customer in me but hopefully (unless you also want to learn the hard way) they will loose other business as well!
Over priced!!!!!! i left with a wet hair and I was there for 15 min and my haircut was over! I will never go back!
