If I could give this business a zero-- I would, but I had to put a star to write this review. I moved to the Skagit Valley nearly 6 years ago-- I, and my family, have always used "A Better Cab"... until now.I can safely say that we will never, ever, EVER call this company, use this company, recommend this company to anyone-- ever.Recently I have had a back injury and have been required to use a wheelchair (the kind you can fold up and take along). I needed to get to work yesterday, and called for a cab. Once the woman that answered my call found out that she might have to fold up a wheelchair, and put it in her car-- she was huffy, rude, and exasperated on the phone. So much so that I ended the call.There are many other cab companies in the area, and I will be more than happy to take our business to one of them that do not discriminate against people experiencing or living with some sort of disability. This just goes to show that one bad employee can ruin the reputation of an entire business with their poor actions, and awful behavior.
I called this cab service needing to get to a store ASAP, needless to say was having a rough day. I first off have to remark how this cab service didn't charge me an arm and a leg and I live far out. Their driver Matt was very kind and friendly, and honestly cheered me up on what has/had been the most nervewracking stressful day of my life. He made me laugh and smile, quik cab is now the only cab service I will ever call.
GREAT cab company! Their driver Kurtis is very nice, polite, professional, fast and an overall great driver!
never use this company rude terrible customer service the guy named daid seems like he hates his job asked me why I was calling in advance like I was being patronized. I always like to have a back up called better cab they got their first they didn't like I used another cab company so david flat out put me on the do not pick up list and to never ask for a ride again don't use this company it's one of the worst like I was wasting this time and money come on I understand you have a business to run but there is a way to treat people and you should make your customers feel comfortable using you not uncomfortable feeling mad where you never want to use them again. that's one customer they lost
