Land Title & Escrow of Skagit

I have used this office a few times over the years. Most recently i have used them twice on the last 10 months.
They have been condescending, rude, unprofessional and the never owned or took responsibly of any of it.
This second transaction is Now an expired contact due to their negligence.
Promises .. Promises .. Promise!
I did not want to give them one star but had to so to give my review.
This is the rudest i have ever been treated.

The is the 2nd bad experience I've had with this office. Rude employees, the slowest service ever, and horrible communicators.

For this current experience, we should have closed before Jan 1, 2017. It is now the middle of January and our offer has expired.

When questioning employees at the office about the delays, they are rude and treat us (buyer and their agent, us, the seller and our agent) with utter disrespect. They take no ownership in the fact they dropped the ball.

I will never use this company again and if you are in the process of selling your house, I'd think long and hard about using their services.
