They make promises they have no intent on keeping. Even if in writing they ignore them and leave you hanging. Sales people will tell tall tales to get you buy, and then you're ghosted. Service department messed up two accessories installations on a brand new 2018 car. I had to have my 17-day old car jump started because of bad wiring by the dealership. They can't even install Sill Plates correctly, and when you ask them to fix it they say no! They refuse to honor the warranty on the vehcile, both the factory and the extended warranty. Randy the Service & Parts Manager is beyond rude and will not fix his own mistakes. Jeff in sales, will tell you whatever tall tale he can dream up to get you to buy. The worst is Luke the General Manager, who emails you promises and blames the bosses for not honoring the promise. Complaints filed with the AG / BBB and the DOR. The AG agreed and opened an informal complaint, the DOR opened a formal complaint due to the issues with the MSO and out of state tags / permits. AWEFUL! STAY AWAY!!! I had been having a very obvious issue with my 2013 dodge dart for months starting right after they replaced my throttle body. I even took them on a test drive to show them what was happening!!! They did not want to even try to figure it out. They had my car off and on for months. First they said my spark plugs were bad. They weren't. I replaced them anyway to prove that was not the problem. Next they told me to run premium fuel. After 10 tanks of premium fuel (and still running it), I proved to them that the fuel was not the problem. Took it back again and they demanded that I pick it up because there was nothing wrong with it. I took it to another dealership yesterday and that dealership found the very SERIOUS issue within only 2 HOURS!!!! DO NOT GO TO KARMART DODGE SERVICE IN BURLINGTON TO GET YOUR CAR OR TRUCK FIXED. They make excuses for their laziness and lack of knowledge! They will leave tools inside your engine compartment to fall out on the freeway putting other drivers at risk. They will not tighten bolts and other things after they mess with them!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Found a truck that this dealership had while searching on-line. Called the next day and talked to Titus (salesman). If you've ever purchased a vehicle from almost 2000 miles away and had it shipped, you know what a pain it can be as well as a nerve racking experience. That was not the case with Foothills Toyota. Titus and Jeff (office person) handled the sale in a most professional manner, keeping me informed of the paperwork progress all along the way. The truck was shipped just over a week from my first phone call and arrived without and problems at all. It was exactly as described, and I couldn't be happier!
We went here about six months ago to see if we could sell our 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander. We did end up selling our car, and feel that we got a fair price. For the most part, the experience was excellent. The salesmen that we worked with were patient and seemed fair. There was one BIG problem, however, and it was the sales "manager". She is/was? a short Mexican woman with no personality at all. She was pretty rude to me and my wife, and she was SUPER rude to the salespeople (her employees). It was shocking, even embarrassing to see. I practically needed to be restrained by my wife (and my father who accompanied us) to not speak my mind. This lady has NO business being a manager!!! It was so bad, I don't think I will go back there again. It's too bad because everything else was great.

KIA was so good to us. Its a God thing that we were able to get our first brand new car. They worked very hard with loan companies until they found one that accepted us. They never told us we needed to choose a less expensive car either which just amazes me. We traded in our old car to them which was a KIA. That car is the reason we wanted a KUA in the first place. We truly believe in them. Our old Spectra, 2002 was purchased used and in the 3 yes that we owned her she never broke down. They are the most amazing cars. So people friendly. Wouldn't own anything else and we thankvJerry Smiths KIA for all that they did for us.
I can't honestly say I've ever been to a dealership that made me feel like one of the family, but these guys certainly did. Jeff was a wonderful sales associate, very knowledgeable about the cars I was browsing. I'd been hesitant to get a Prius after all the flak they seem to catch, but after hearing about their features, unsurpassed fuel mileage, low maintenance costs, and a few other things from him, I could certainly see why people like to spout off what they do - they must be jealous! I'd originally come in for a Yaris, but one of their wide assortment of used Prius vehicles fit my budget way more, as well as the added bonus of saving money on gas! I drove all the way back to Oak Harbor that night (a 40 minute drive) and my gas didn't seem to go down at all. Also, throughout the processing, my husband and I were treated to hot chocolate/coffee, and a comfortable sitting area with a TV while we waited for a deal to be made, and boy, did Jeff do a great job to get me the price I wanted for my car once it was over. Konan, the financial specialist, was as much a pleasure to be around as he was skilled at his job. Like Jeff, he knew a ton of information about the car we were buying, and gave us some helpful tips on general operation while he was drawing up the paperwork, cracking a few jokes here and there to make the experience enjoyable while maintaining his flawless professionalism. We were there well past closing time, but these guys didn't seem to mind at all, or take the attitude I usually see where the employees get disgruntled and try to hurry their customers out the door.The next day, I got a call from Konan inquiring about how the car was doing. I told him I might have found a couple of small issues on the drive home, and he said that I should bring it on by; since he had another form he needed me to sign for processing purposes anyways, it knocked out two birds with one stone.I brought the car down, another 40 minute trip, but they had a look at the problems I mentioned, which weren't really problems (operator error - doh!), and I signed the other piece of paper they needed. To compensate me for having to come all the way back, they filled my car up with gas again (though it only needed 1 gallon of gas after a trip to Oak Harbor and back - that's a lot of uphill, mind you!), and sent me on my way. I even found a personal CD belonging to the previous owner in my Prius, and I handed it off to them so they could ship it to the person. Little things like that are what make the biggest deal to me in any company, and these guys have more than earned my business, as well as my husband's, and we'll be recommending them to anyone in need of a car, particularly one as fuel-efficient as a Prius; I'm totally sold!
I bought a car here for my son and could not be happier! It was a used and older car. I paid cash and had no issues. All of the staff were extremely friendly and easy to deal with!
I just bought a ford explorer from these guys and the transmission started going out on it days after buying. They won't pay to fix it or provide a refund. Don't buy from this company!
I purchased my Prius C from Foothills Toyota a few months ago. This was my first car buying experience, and I must say I was nervous! However, everything went much better than I could have hoped.They had the exact car I wanted, and gave me a great price on it. My sales person was very knowledgable and friendly, without being pushy. I've heard horror stories about waiting in car dealerships all day, but my transaction was quick and painless. I've already recommended this dealership to my friends and family, and will return when I need another car!
