I went to this place twice. I got my bangs hacked. I went back and the manager said,"What was she thinking"? I wanted to know the same thing!! The stylist that did it was new, I was told I should've asked for a "Master Stylist" because long layerrs are hard to do.. Okay shouldn't the "stylist" know this and shouldn't the stylist give customers to the right peron? Crock oof bs! I went back yet again. I thought I would give it a second chance. The girl that did my hair hair the last time was new. I wanted highlights with color. The girl didn't put no toner on my head, didn't leave the highlights in long enough. My highlights were brassy red and yellow. I've never had highlights like that in my life. She really didn't know what she was doing. They tried to fix my hair three times.
I asked the managaer for my money back, she wouldn't refund me. So I went to their district manager, who did refund me. Thank God, $130 bucks to ruin my hair. I got it "fixed". Dyed over back to my natural color, and I cut my hair off cause they ruined my hair.
When I got my hair done it was in it's naturalm state and had been for several years. And my hair was long. I cute like 8 inches off and have this red, auburn color that I absolutely hate!!

this is very unfortunate that you would judge a salon of 20 hairdressers by a bad experience by one person. Communication is the key to a good experience at any salon. We have over 10 hairdressers with 10 plus years experience and are an award winning salon. We make many people happy everyday i am sorry you were not one of them.
I go to this salon regularly and have my hair cut and colored by Hilary. She always does an exceptional job and I recommend her to all my friends. Everyone there is professional and courteous and it is a nice clean facility. I also purchase shampoo and conditioner there and their prices are even better then the large chain stores like Target (that shouldn’t even be selling these salon exclusive products). I have been a customer of Regis for years and I will continue to be!

Recently, I saw someone's hair cut and color/hi-lites thai I liked..I asked her where she went ?
She told me Regis, Donna was her stylist.
I called and made an appointment,spoke with Donna..she was very accomodating.
When I came to salon, Donna spent time asking me what I wanted, and she helped make suggestions.
(My hair was over processed,too blonde, and needed a ""shape"")
After Donna did her magic, my color was back to normal, hilites looked great,hair looked healthier
and cut was great. She also suggested products and styling tips for home.
I love my hair..told the person who recommended me thanks ! Donna is very knowledgeable, prices were reasonable and I will return to her ! I am picky..so If I like her and my hair..that's a compliment to Donna
at Regis ! She is also very nice and professional.
