As far as the tux goes, it was perfect. We had a sizing issue, but once that was corrected it was fine. The problem I had was with the owner. He was terrible. Very rude and unprofessional. I was talked to like a child and felt extremely disrespected. The owner even commented that my 6 year old son had a "big belly" and that there was nothing he could do about that. This comment was made in front of other customers in the store. When the tux was picked up (on the 3rd trip to the store), the shoes were left out of the bag and I had to trek back up to the store for the 4th time on the day of the wedding while I'm in the middle of getting hair and makeup done to pick them up. Was never told when the tux should be returned, received a voicemail threatening a late fee if not returned. Called the store and was yelled at over the phone by the owner and told that I was given a "discount" for my tux (I had no idea, never asked) and basically told that I should be happy about that.
