The worst salon experience of my life. 1st time meet/greet Thur.. 09-07-17 around 3ish ( as recommend by him ). If I had known, I never would have gone. My hubby is a witness to the owners actions.The owner made it clear he is too busy and too fabulous to deal with his neurotic projections female customers!He was not afraid to let me know, if I do not like how he does my hair, I can " F*cking " leave, & find someone else.I am blown away by his " Ferocious Outburst Rage & Profanity ".His business name " The Ritz " does not match up to the owner, him with class. His website, is not truthful " When it says : Beyond Excellence is the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere that I strive to achieve ". The Ritz does not provide a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. I had to endure the owner's outrageous threats, Ferocious Outburst & Profanity.The owner needs to make it clear on his web site & phone, the specific type of customers he wants to service, rather than invite them over for a meet/greet to show off his true colors with his " Ferocious Outburst & Profanity ". My hubby advice to the Owner, he needs to see a shrink for his histrionic personality disorder? I am sending out this message here to wish to relate my upsetting experience as a Public service in the hope that no else has to undergo such a ferocious outburst ordeal scene from, the Owner of " The Ritz ".I cancelled my hair appt. set for Sept. 28, 2017. I will never revisit nor recommend this salon to anyone --- ever ! ! !I will make it a personal goal to ensure that as many people, as possible are aware of this story.This poor rating on him, is not about what he did or not do to my hair, it was a meet/greet, it was his " Ferocious Outburst Rage & Profantiy " in front of I & Hubby the entire time while there trying to get to know him and learn more about his services. The owner left me me to feel so bad about myself as a woman, Traumatized and Discouraged after leaving his salon, " The Ritz ".

Traumatized by Patrick's ferocious outburst, Screaming out the F*ck Word and his outburst having a nervous breakdown right in Front of I & Hubby to witness his poor customer service behavior. This would be the first time ever to meet Patrick. ".The hair-raising drama began He rudely ask me what kind of hair I wanted done. I nicely say, I'm look for a Oval Shape Cut, keeping my length, point cut ends, random layers, even show him a picture from my cell phone and from that point on, He flew into a rage, swore at me, saying the " F*ck Word over and over, I never would have shown up to meet him, if I had known he was going to act like this?He continues on with his ferocious outburst, screaming he hates his female customers in the Burlington area. He should not be doing hair anymore, since his mother passed away. He continues to say he hates his rich female customers, they are horrible in what they want done and not pay him for what he is worth. He made it clear he is too busy and too fabulous to deal with his neurotic projections female customers! He wants to be done with Burlington and move over to Greensboro. My hubby advice to Patrick, he needs to see a shrink for his histrionic personality disorder? I am sending out this message here to wish to relate my upsetting experience as a Public service in the hope that no else has to undergo such a ferocious outburst ordeal scene from Patrick, the Owner.I cancelled my hair appt I will never revisit nor recommend this salon to anyone --- ever ! ! !I will make it a personal goal to ensure that as many people, as possible are aware of this story.My experience could easily be construed as 'anti-social behavior " and it all started and came directly From " Patrick " the owner " The Ritz in Burlington NC. Everyone is always very sweet! I love my hair EVERY TIME! Ashley has never let me leave without a smile on my face!
Paid $155 to have a color put in my hair and after 1 wash, all the color ran out, and owner wouldnt offer to fix my hair!!

Very clean and well run. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable to help with all tanning needs. There are no fees or contracts. ��������
