Staying organized on moving day is key, and planning is a big part of it. Keep this checklist handy before and during your move to keep things stress-free.

Rented a piece of equipment to move dirt in my yard. Equipment was either defective or not the right application for the use. Called the tech out 2 times to look at it, was told it could do the job. However, I needed to operate it in a specific manner in order for it to work. Failure of equipment proceeded each time. After 3rd try (and project not completed), I told them to come and take it back. They told me they'd like to inspect it then get back to me. I had to call them a couple days later to find understand the outcome, to which they stated there was nothing wrong with it. Gave me a $50 reduction in cost (but job did not get finished). Alternative was not given. From my perspective, clearly the machine was worn and needed some service. Also, if the application was incorrect, why did they not say so when they came out to fix it each time. Bottom line, poor communication and customer service (both during and after the incident), they did not follow up with me once they took the machine back and meanwhile the job was not done. Poor experience on my end.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!I was over charged a Damage Waiver fee. When I questioned the charge. I was treated poorly by the store the manager. When I ask to see the contract that had been signed he said "No you will run out of the store" He was very rude. I left messages for the owner to call me. He never did. I had to call him. He did nothing about the over charge and I had to ask for a apology for the way I was treated. I plan to dispute the charge through my credit card. POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE .
This place nothing but a SCAM!!!! They offer all these nice things and low prices just to get you in then you are TRAPPED!!!! The "girls" yes girls, not women are extremely trashy and rude!!!!! We even had to break our lease it was so bad along with others we know that live here. They had to get out as well. Our AC unit didn't work from the get go. They would come every month for "fix" it and our power bill would just jack up!!! When you move out don't plan on getting your deposit back ha that's a JOKE. They will charge you $200 to clean your carpets if you have a pet when you move out. BUT you have to pay a NON REFUNDABLE pet fee of $250 so what the hell does that cover????? It cost them not even $200 to clean the carpets bc they are in contract with the cleaning company. This place is a JOKE!!!!!!
Really nice pool area. The kitchens are so much more modern than other places I looked out. The attention was definitely in the details. Just a quiet place to live. Would highly recommend.
So happy I found this place! My husband and I are both young professionals and wanted a nice quiet apartment complex to stay while we were deciding if we should move here permanently. We love it! There's a community dog park, salt water pool and we love our space its quiet and contemporary and I couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend this place!
I'm shocked at the negative reviews on here because I don't agree with any of it. I was renting a unit with my husband and two young daughters and the maintenence and leasing agents are so helpful and always take care of things and return phone calls right away. The girls at the front office know us by name and have always been nothing but kind and helpful. The property is maintained and gorgeous with walking and running paths, there is pest control services available at all times and they do pest services weekly and keep everything clean. I've never seen anything other than your occasional spider. The apartments themselves are more high end than any place I've rented from. It's obvious that it is a well managed property and they really care about their renters. It's an adult community so if you try to treat it like College park and want to be loud and party then you'll have issues but otherwise it's a great place to live.
I give the star rating a 4 cause I really haven't seen inside of them yet,If I were to tell a friend about these Apartments I would say see them for yourself.
I have been here for 7 years and have had a fairly good experience all but for the cigarette smoking that goes on in the common areas of the buildings. While they sit in the ofdfice with their no smoking sign we are forced to breathe second hand smoke because they refuse to make a policy requiring smokers to go outside even in the summer. My grandson and i have breathing problems and it's unbearable. I will NOT renew my lease.
This business provides very little to NO costumer service. To them residents are merely paychecks and not people that are paying a considerable amount of money to live a certain standard. Within out first week of living there our air conditioning went out in the middle of the summer and I was 8 months pregnant. We lived on the 3rd floor and instead of fixing the problem they "bandaged" it and put a portable air conditioning unit in the apartment that was not only big and bulky and took up a lot of space in our already very small apartment but drained our Duke Energy bill as well. After waiting for them to address the problem for SIX (6) WEEKS, they offered no compensation and actually in the process of actually fixing it got all of our furniture and new baby furniture stained with small black debris and proceeded to leave our apartment in that condition. I had to call and make them come clean up their mess. They did actually send a company to come clean the upholstery but I had to spend hours washing baby clothes, bedding, and blankets and they were unable to clean the brand new $70 bouncy seat that I had pulled out of the box only days before. To add insult to injury they gave us a $25 gift card to Target for all of our troubles. By this point I have a new born baby and no air conditioning in the middle of July. They would ask me and new born to leave for hours at a time randomly throughout the day and then they wouldn't even show up for the appointment time. Because of how much the air condition had leaked onto the floor the carpet began to grow mold, which when we had to move because of how terrible it was live there, they charged us to have cleaned. I would NOT recommend anyone to live here. They showed us just what they thought about their residents. To re-cap for the last month of my pregnancy and the first 2 weeks of my new born's life we had no air conditioning, in the process they stained our carpet with mold spores, and they ruined a brand new $70 bouncy, and ran up our Duke Energy bill with a bulky air conditioning unit for 6 weeks, ALL of which they compensated us a $25 gift card that we gave back because it was worthless and then they charged us $200 to have the mold cleaned out of the carpet and to repaint the walls where the water damage was from their leaky air conditioning. Again I wouldn't recommend anyone live here unless they want to be drug through the ringer and loose a lot of money.
