I was so impressed with this agency, my old agent didn't really give me details on what I was purchasing. I wanted a Health Savings Account and had no idea what it was, my old agent obviously didn't understand them either, he told me that they weren't any good and I needed a co-pay plan. I saved over $2800 dollars annually by switching to a Health Savings Account. Scott Allred is my agent and he is the best! He sat down with us, and explained it in a way that even a five year old would understand it. I liked the fact that he didn't talk down to us, yet he is extremely smart and professional. If you are self employed and want health insurance, you should call them, they explain it better than any other agent I have ever worked with. Plus they really try to save you money, and want you to understand the insurance in and out. Since I have purchased I have had other questions about it, and they give great service. Someone is either there, or they call me back in the same day and take care of my question. I feel like a person, rather than an account number. I would recommend this agency to anyone out there that is looking for any type of insurance.

I bought a Medicare policy from them two months ago, I had no idea about Medicare and Scott sat down with us and explained everything in detail. I left the meeting knowing everything about Medicare and he explained everything so that anyone could understand it. I have and will recomend their business to anyone I come in contact with. They were also able to get me my long term care, life insurance, auto, and homeowners. I love that I was able to get all of my insurance under one roof.

I signed up for group insurance five years ago with Don, since that time I have been so impressed with the service from the agency. They shop me out every year, always trying to find me the lowest rates around. The office staff is very friendly, and someone always seems to have an answer if I have a question. I would highly recommend their agency.
