I went there this Morning and the Black cashier was very rude and disrespectful , he then told me go ahead what you want , im trying to watch the game , now that's. very rude when you're dealing with customer's , I went out to the car to leave, but decided to go back in to get his name to report him , and he never answered , kept watching TV, He does not need to be there , and if he's there next time i go , I'm going to call the police in him
Service gets worst seems like every time I let them service my vehicles. They half do or either not perform the service listed on the wall to be performed on all vehicles. The last time I had service there the let the vehicle fall off of the jacks. I have spoken to the manager a few times about the lack of service but seems to fall on deft ears because nothing has changed. I have been using this location a long time but think it is time to find someone else to service my vehicles. Sad to have to do that because they use to be a top notch service business.
These service guys really know how to work on any kind of vehicle and fixed it right and they won't keep your vehicle too long in their shop.
You, people, are about to piss me off, big time. I have been trying since 8:00 AM this morning to call with a simple question about my visit to your store yesterday around 3:30 PM 9-17-2017 it is now 3:40 PM 9-19-2017 and I have not been able to talk to anyone at this location. This negative review will remain up until I can make contact with this location.... At this time you get a zero star from me....
unfriendly attendant. Spent $40 in gas and still had to buy more on the store to use my debit card. Will never return EVER, to this location again. Worst I've seen in a while!!!
Shop shake s daily, and in the past 2 to 3 weeks I have had the worst service from the grill, service from cook is good, but redhead at register seems to overlook my order as much as 5 to 7 minutes after it has been been prepared.great food, but not good when you get home and only live 5 minutes from the grill. I will not be eating at the page town location in the future, I will consider the high way 87 store and hope to have a better experience. Sorry about the rating, but I give this store a 2 on service, and a 3 on quality of cold food by having to wait while someone takes orders on the phone,and can't multi task and deliver my food,answer the phone, and run a register. Overall dissatisfied
I've been using this service station for years but this morning I had an associate to be rudd and very disrespectful to me simply because I wanted to wash my clothes. I was told to go use another washer and to shut up. I live 2 minutes away from the station on Church Street here ln Burlington NC. Never have I been so disrespected. Probably won't be using that place anymore for anything.
I went in for a small purchase and instead of being helpful the clerk acted like i was being dumb when in fact she didn't know what she was talking about. she made a smart comment to me and was not helpful in any way. i work in customer service and I'm almost positive she doesn't get the job title "customer service. " It was not a plesant experience at all.
This is my second visit with these folks who have a tendency to not complete a simple oil change without losing screws, etc. Not one week after getting my oil change, the protective oil pan cover was dragging and almost got torn away from my car. This cover has literally undercarriage covering 12 to 15 screws, holding it up. I know because this same cover was recently replace because Jiffy Lube also failed to fully attach all the screws to it, and why they paid me nearly $400 for its loss. The result was that I no longer use them as a service, and now that I see your company seems to have hired the same idiots, CAN YOU GUESS IF I'M COMING BACK? By the way here's the Inv# 1945425 just to make sure you get this.
