i purchased a car from ken in 2011. i put 3000 down and paid 300 a month for two years. this is the top car they have in front row. they do have cars which range from 500 down to 2500 with 50 a month to 250 if you dont want to pay what i did. i have NEVER had one problem with my car. the only thing i had was three days after purchsed i didnt know why the spedameter was doing what it was doing. i took it to ken and he fixed it for free and gave me no lip at all. any problems he said to bring it to him. around christmas wanted to get my kids somethings and i had the payment it wasnt going to stop me from having my children a GREAT christmas but he was generous and let me be two weeks late. he will not repo your car unless you call him. if you dont call him he will repo it because he doesnt understand why you havent paid. he is understanding and a GREAT person and salesman. his cars run GREAT and i am proud to say next week i will get my husband a truck at the front row because my car will be paid off...... YAY!!!!
Im thinking that the other reviews can't be taking about Mr Day we got a car from Days Auto Mall last year an 06 charger to this day have had only 1 problem with it a week after we got it the check engine light came on called Days Auto the next day he said to bring it in and he would have it looked at, his lot man did an obd reading on it o2 sensor he had ne take it to the tire center he call before we left to make sure they could look at it we took it to them 10 minutes later they got it is came back with both o2 sensors bad they called Mr Day he told them to fix it and to bill his account we didn't pay a dime, you don't find that with dealership here, just got my brother and niece a car from Days last month a BMW 325I and a ford focus ,I think you should make up your own mind before you let someone think for you.for the other reviews nobody can please everybody Days Auto for the prices and the cars you can't do better Thanks Mr Day
My daughter and I purchased a Lexus RX300 from Cox yesterday. Ken Cox made the buying experience very enjoyable. He was quite knowledgeable about the car, patient and treated us like his favorite customers. The car was a great value and there were no surprises. We were his last customers late on a sunny Saturday afternoon and Ken didn’t rush the decision process; instead all of our questions were answered completely and the transaction was quite satisfying. Got behind on my payment 2.5 months didn't want to lose my car it was the only one we had my wife and two kids wife got sick couldn't work for over a month we just didn't have the money to make payments woke up 3:30 am tow truck was hooking it up had the driver call Mr Day woke him up explained my story to him said why didn't I just call him before it got here long story short he had the driver drop my car I went in to talk about payments , the 4th of next month my car will be paid off ,wife just got her car today from Mr Days lot
Just got a 545i Bmw from days auto mall no where I have looked for a car was I offered a warranty with the car I got a 90 day warranty and a great price on the Bmw mr day is a great guy while me and my wife was signing the contract 2people called that couldn't make there payment he thank them for calling and said to both they can pick it up next month,I'm writing this because I looked up days auto before I got to him and read these reviews and I still got my car from days,do your own thinking.
They have always took care of my cars. we have purchased 6 cars from Westcott and have had all of them serviced in their service department.The people there will always greet you with a smile and ask you if you have been waited on. I feel that their prices are very competitive. I have always heard nothing but positvie things about the Westcott's and their dealership and staff there. AAAAA+++++ SERVICE, SALES AND BODYSHOP.
