Always use Cox Toyota to rent cars from their rental department and always an excellent experience. Most of the cars are nearly brand new and well-maintained. Be sure to ask for Tangela when you contact them, she is always friendly, professional, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

The environment is nice and clean. Also the appointment desk is very patient with helping you find the right time for you. The car rental young lady Tangela is great with renting you a car in the times that you may need something to run out of town. There rental vehicles are gas efficiency and fun to drive. WARNING:. Don't Buy From this Dealer. I Purchased a car, and was unaware of the mechanical problem until I drove off the lot. I immediately made contact with the dealer.Dealer promised to Refund the purchase price of the car with valid documentation showing the transmission issue. Nissan dealership did diagnostic test and provided documentation that the transmission MUST be replaced. This Dealer has now Refused to follow through with the promise made. Bad business and untrustworthy.
I purchased car from Days Auto Mall June 4 2017 Mr. Day took my $1260 down payment for 07 Dodge Caliber knowing that the car had issues. The car came with 90 day warranty Mr Day gave me blank copy of the Cars Protection Plus Service Contract and said he would input my info and I should receive cards in mailbox. 30 days after that the check engine light came on and I contacted him he said to refer to WARRANTY. I called and spoke with someone and she told me no information about my vehicle was in system for warranty. I informed him of this and he said he'd fix it and I'd get paperwork in mail. I never received but continue to make payments to him. Recently check engine light came on and I paid to have it checked and was told major issue with car and they even had me video the issue. I contacted him in reference to this and he cursed the mechanics said they knew nothing and told me to bring car to lot that morning. I did and showed him video and paperwork but he still said they knew nothing and told me to pay this guy he had on his lot $10 to change the fault on spark plug which was not only issue. Mr Day even got in car and speed through parking lot and felt the issue himself which he did this while I was using restroom at his business. I told Me. Day something was wrong and I needed another car. His guy put spark plug and coil in car but broke seal on one coil and I noticed that he was using a vacuum, scissors, different types of screwdrivers to dig into hole. Mr. Day came out and witnessed this as the guy told him what he had done. Mr. Day comment was is she paying for professional work? I spent 4hrs on lot only to drive off with same issue and no conclusion because he said my warranty had expired. I tried communicating with him but once his attitude was aggressive I had my Godfather to speak with him and he cursed him and gave him same attitude and told my Godfather She needs to come see me anyway...in reference to my car payment which was due and was not yet 10days late! Instead of call to come to solution Mr.Day would text me later in evening with attitude saying "he thought I did thinking for myself" then woke up to text at 7AM with a text saying if I choose to work with you it's my decision because warranty had expired. Today I called number again for warranty only to find out they denied it based on "known mechanical issue prior to contract proof of repair required" this letter was sent to him July 21 2017 and he never mentioned anything to me. They said they sent me copy as well and asked me to verify address only to find out Mr. Day gave the correct street address but said I lived in Randleman NC which he knew was not the city I lived in based on purchase contract so I never received the letter stating the car had issues prior to sale and I couldn't get warranty until he fixed issue. Mr. Day continue to take my payment knowing this car had Issues and I didn't have a warranty! Mr. Day agreed to meet with me and my Godfather today regarding this issue but when we arrived he was not there he had someone else there...I let the woman know what the issue was and she was in shock and stated he should give u another car once I told her that I'd just found out about my warranty that he kept saying had ran out. Mr Day would not make himself present at the lot to speak with us. I'm furious because I'm almost done paying for car and he knowingly took my money when he knew car was messed up and continue to say my warranty had expired when they had sent him denial in July and he gave them wrong address for me to get my copy of letter so that I would've known and I could've taken car back prior to this and got my money back. Total purchase of vehicle was $3881.74 minus the $1260 I put down.Mr. Day has not offered to reimburse me at all all he keeps saying is my warranty expired but clearly no warranty was given based on the car having issues and he knew this. he's a bad business person and shouldn't be selling
Nice 09 charger in June no problems or issues girlfriend just got a BMW X3 love it got a warranty with it like everyone should also seen him sell three other people cars while we was there nice man very helpful great prices looking for a X5 from Mr Day this week he's going to let me to get 2 cars with payments, you people need to understand Used Cars you not going to find any dealership like his that will work with you like he will trust me I have bought a lot of cars from a lot of dealership and people'sdont let other people think for you as I didn't I read the reviews before I went and found out for myself I made the best decision and loving it I may have missed this great deal had I relied on these peopleLooking forward to my next one
Just got a 545i Bmw from days auto mall no where I have looked for a car was I offered a warranty with the car I got a 90 day warranty and a great price on the Bmw mr day is a great guy while me and my wife was signing the contract 2people called that couldn't make there payment he thank them for calling and said to both they can pick it up next month,I'm writing this because I looked up days auto before I got to him and read these reviews and I still got my car from days,do your own thinking.
Got behind on my payment 2.5 months didn't want to lose my car it was the only one we had my wife and two kids wife got sick couldn't work for over a month we just didn't have the money to make payments woke up 3:30 am tow truck was hooking it up had the driver call Mr Day woke him up explained my story to him said why didn't I just call him before it got here long story short he had the driver drop my car I went in to talk about payments , the 4th of next month my car will be paid off ,wife just got her car today from Mr Days lot
