I had the best experience renting a car from Cox Toyota. The customer service was amazing. Tangela made the whole process easy from registration to getting me in a great car. Everyone there was friendly and accommodating. The car they gave me was clean and almost felt like new. I definitely recommend Cox Toyota.
Always use Cox Toyota to rent cars from their rental department and always an excellent experience. Most of the cars are nearly brand new and well-maintained. Be sure to ask for Tangela when you contact them, she is always friendly, professional, and very helpful. Highly recommended!
great to work with the staff is very friendly and Nate the service guy treats you like you are his only customer. I enjoy the atmosphere at cox Toyota while waiting on my car. The environment is nice and clean. Also the appointment desk is very patient with helping you find the right time for you. The car rental young lady Tangela is great with renting you a car in the times that you may need something to run out of town. There rental vehicles are gas efficiency and fun to drive. WARNING:. Don't Buy From this Dealer. I Purchased a car, and was unaware of the mechanical problem until I drove off the lot. I immediately made contact with the dealer.Dealer promised to Refund the purchase price of the car with valid documentation showing the transmission issue. Nissan dealership did diagnostic test and provided documentation that the transmission MUST be replaced. This Dealer has now Refused to follow through with the promise made. Bad business and untrustworthy.
The owner does not really care about customer satisfaction even though he advertises unprecedented levels of service. The dealership left a discount sticker in my vehicle and would not honor it. Imagine getting home after buying a new vehicle and discovering a sticker in the visor for a major discount that you did not receive. I spoke to Mr. Westcott, and he was unwilling to make it right even though he acknowledged it was the dealerships fault. The money was more important to him than honoring his commitment. The dealership lacks integrity, and I strongly recommend you buy from a different dealer.

Cox Toyota is fair and honest. They treat you right (not to steal from another dealer in the area), and they care about your experience. Nate (Customer Service Rep) is awesome, and he is very genuine. You won't be disappointed in Cox Toyota.
The service department is terrible. My husband's spare key had been stolen, so he called to order a new set of keys and to schedule when the car could be reprogrammed. They refused to even order the replacement key until one of us came to the dealership with our registration to prove we owned the car, so I agreed to do this on my lunch break. I showed up, handed them the registration and my license and was asked to wait in the service waiting room while they verified it and wrote up the sale. Over forty-five minutes later I was still siting there. No one even came to say a word to me. Finally, as I was VERY late getting back to work, I went and found someone in the work bay. Their excuse for the wait was that "the guy" who could verify my ownership and write up an order for a part was on the phone. Seroiusly - I was there for an hour just so someone could check my drivers license against my registration. I had to return the next day to actually have the part installed. They assured me it would only take 30 minutes...but it was over an hour later before they were done. Both days while I was sitting in the waiting room I talked to the numerous other customers sitting there. More than one told me that was standard for Crenshaw and that they couldn't wait to get new (non-Hyundai) cars so they wouldn't have to deal with them anymore. I had been talking to a saleman about buying a new Santa Fe for myself and an Equus for my father, but that won't be happening now. It's great that they're plenty friendly when you're looking to buy, but their rude and useless service department is short-sighted, as they are losing what would be repeat customers.
