Patterson's Back Bay Dance

Called in advance to check if they had liturgical dancewear. After being informed by one of Patterson's sales representative that they did carry a big seleccion of what I was looking for, I made the 45 min drive to their store. Once I get there there is ONE SMALL RACK of liturgical items...nothing if what I was looking for...worse experience ever.

I ordered dance shoes from Pattersons, or at leadt i thought i did. I called, 2 weeks apart, and left messages during business hours. Never heard back, even though i gave every speck of info - style#, name, ph#, my info, name of school -everything they needed. Called again 2 wks ago, a human answered! She had no clue, no record of my calls, and asked for all the same info again to "place the order", saying it will be here in a week. Just called, a gruff voice told me it can take months, but the shoes will be here soon. WHAT? Enough of this foolishness. I gave local my best shot and looks like they dont value my business. Amazon Prime here i come.

BAD, BAD, BAD Customer Service. They don't answer their phone, they don't answer your e-mails. I placed an order on-line. They didn't have Algy tutu I wanted, so I asked them to recalculate my order and e-mail to me a new receipt. They never did it. Untop of this they I went to their site to check my order status, and there was no indication that my order was even placed. I contacted them again - even tried to reach them by phone, and what a surprise - they have never gotten back with me. Horrible Customer Service!!! I'll never deal with Back Bay Dancewere again. And I would not recommend this business to any one.
