Easily the WORST business I have ever dealt with. They will do an awful job, not return any of your phone calls, and steal your money. I urge anyone you thinks about using this company to go to the Better Business Bureau's website and review the complaints against them. Please DO NOT USE this company to do any work for you. There are many options in the phone book that will use the correct parts, return your calls, and actually honor thier warranty. I am not a disgruntled ex-employee, or the type of person that would take the time to write a negative review if there were even an attempt to resolve an ongoing issue. But after dealing with this business, I have never felt more strongly about letting others know that this is one of the worst companies you could ever hire to fix, install, or sevice your door. They will simply take your money, not finish the job, and disappear. Unfortunately, I didn't do my homework and instead trusted the word of a company that I thought respected their reputation and trade. What a mistake.
