Unable to put weight on my feet for 1 1/2 years due to operations I had gained 40 lbs and it was only going up. I did some exercises at home but nothing seemed to help. Then I looked into and joined the YMCA. The Pool Exercise Class helped me to strengthen my muscles and loose weight, moving on to low impact machines and finally even a Zumba class! I've had to do the normal dieting but I couldn't have even gotten started without their help. I've now lost 42 lbs and am on my way to a healthier me.
